Prior to joining TKO, Axat served as a Manager at a public accounting firm in Arlington Heights, IL, where he effectively managed the financial affairs of small and mid-sized businesses. This experience provided him with valuable insights into the unique financial challenges and opportunities faced by these companies.

Axat holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from M. S. University Baroda in India. His career in public accounting commenced immediately after college, when he began working for a reputable accounting firm in India. After three years, he relocated to the United States with his family, and continued his career in accounting. To further enhance his professional qualifications, Axat attended William Rainey Harper College in Palatine, IL, where he pursued additional studies to attain his CPA designation.

His core competencies lie in working with pass-through entities, real estate, and construction. Over the years, Axat has developed a profound understanding of the intricacies involved in these industries, enabling him to provide tailored solutions and optimize tax benefits for his clients. As a Tax Manager, Axat places great emphasis on actively engaging with his clients to ensure their financial success. He firmly believes that strong client relationships are built upon trust, transparency, and open lines of communication.

Outside of work, Axat enjoys exploring local diners and discovering unique spots in the city alongside his wife. An avid sports enthusiast, he stays active by playing tennis and cricket.
